Sharing and Deleting Calendar Events on iPhone
One of the coolest new features that is available in the iPhone is the ability to share calendars and contacts with other devices, including iPhones. This allows you to send a quick email to your friends on their iPhones, or add them to a special ” Shares” list on your iPhone so they can see all your latest activities. These are just a couple examples of how to share your calendar with an iPhone. There are many other ways to do it and to share it with other people. Let’s take a look at some of the different ways that you can get your calendar onto your friends iPhones.
One way is to use an email client like MS Outlook or Google Calendar. You can set up the calendar to sync with Outlook and the rest of your email clients so when you check in with Outlook, any email that you sent to other Outlook users will be shown as a notification. You can also add your own email list into the calendar so you can invite your Outlook friends to see your latest events and emails. Many of the calendar apps for iPhones also have a button that allows you to share the calendar with other users on your Apple device.
Another option is to use the email client of your choice to import your contacts into the calendar. One example of this is Mailbox. If you use Microsoft Exchange, you can import your contacts directly from the Microsoft Exchange server. This will allow you to keep track of multiple email addresses and still be able to send the same email to multiple recipients. Just be sure that you have all the addresses saved on your computer before you try to import them into the calendar.
Some sites allow you to share calendars with other users through their inbuilt system. For example Facebook lets you share your latest photo with your Facebook friends. They can also share photos with their Twitter followers and email contacts. These are the two ways that you can communicate online today. It was only a matter of a short time ago when we used to send e-mails only to our Outlook friends and relatives.
The final option that you have at your disposal is to use one of the online calendar services that are available. These are more popular than ever before and a lot of users prefer to use them over the traditional method of keeping a personal diary or sending private email. However, some people feel a little uneasy about giving this information out over the internet. There are people who would prefer to keep their personal and business information private.
